We place particular importance on ensuring that all stakeholders—including in-house staff, outsourced factory workers in the UK and abroad, supply chain partners, third-party contractors, partner organizations, and Swingmor community members—have a voice. Everyone deserves a safe platform to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

 

Reporting Process


Swingmor provides a secure, confidential, and supportive process for whistleblowers:

  • Reports can be submitted anonymously through our online submission form, available on the Swingmor website.
  • All submissions are escalated directly to the Swingmor Executive Board for prompt and thorough review.
  • We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all individuals who raise concerns and taking appropriate corrective actions where necessary.

By addressing concerns openly and responsibly, we aim to maintain a culture that fully aligns with our commitment to people, the planet, and delivering sustainable golf clothing with integrity.
