Returns Policy

At Swingmor, great service doesn’t end at checkout.
We want every return to feel simple, fair and reassuring — especially with a premium product designed for long life and low impact.

This updated Returns Policy reflects our new account-based returns system and pre-Christmas temporary process.


Free 90-Day Returns

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item.
All returns are free.

Returns are managed through your Swingmor customer account:

When requesting your return, please tell us your preference by writing “Refund” or “Instant Store Credit” in the Notes box. (Log in or create an account using the email you used at checkout.)

Inside your account, select your order and choose Request a return.
We’ll approve it and email you a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label.
Simply re-pack the item and drop it off at any Royal Mail location.

 


Refund or Instant Store Credit

When requesting your return, please tell us your preference by writing “Refund” or “Instant Store Credit” in the Notes box.

Instant Store Credit (Recommended)

As soon as your return is approved, we issue a digital Swingmor gift card for the full item value. You don’t need to wait for your parcel to be scanned — it’s instant.

Refund to Original Payment

If you prefer a monetary refund, we’ll process it once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Please allow up to 5-10 working days from receipt for funds to clear back into your account.


Condition of Returned Items

To keep quality high and support our circular model, we ask that returned items are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all hangtags still attached

This helps us ensure garments can be refreshed and re-used responsibly.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Your Statutory Right to Cancel

You are legally entitled to cancel any online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. If you exercise this right, you are entitled to a full monetary refund, and return shipping remains free.


Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will:

  • Repair it, or

  • Replace it, or

  • Refund you in full

We will cover all return costs for faulty or misdescribed goods.
