Sustainability Monitoring & Reporting Policy
At Swingmor, we are committed to setting a transparent and accountable standard for sustainability in the fashion and golf industries. Our Sustainability Monitoring & Reporting Policy ensures that every stage of our business—from design to delivery—aligns with our mission to do more good than harm. We believe honest, data-driven reporting is essential for building trust and driving continual improvement.
We conduct lifecycle analyses for all products using a combination of internal ISO14040/14044-compliant methods and the external Higg Index Product Module. On every product page, we publish the monetised environmental and social impact, covering CO2 emissions, water usage, chemical input, land use, labour practices, garment washing, and landfill waste. These are benchmarked against industry averages to highlight our performance.
Our products are designed using low-impact materials and processes. Residual effects are offset through investment in tree planting, water purification projects, carbon drawdown initiatives, above living wage commitments, and responsible tax contributions—ensuring every item of eco-golf clothing, creates net positive value.
We uphold ethical labour across our operations and supply chain by conducting supplier audits at least annually. These evaluations guard against child labour, and ensure safe working conditions are maintained, fair wages are paid, and encourage access to capacity-building programs for workers.
Swingmor maintains a public whistle-blower platform to support transparency and accountability across our entire community, including suppliers. We seek input from a broad, diverse range of voices and integrate their feedback into ongoing sustainability assessments.
All key areas—including our charitable giving, plastics reduction, labour equity, and environmental metrics—are reviewed quarterly by senior management. A comprehensive Impact Report is published annually to communicate our progress, challenges, and next steps.
