90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. All returns are free, simple, and processed through our online returns portal.
6-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every Swingmor garment is backed by a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This includes issues such as:
- Faulty seams or stitching
- Fabric flaws or failures
- Functional performance problems under normal wear conditions
If a garment develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
Statutory Consumer Rights
In addition to our brand guarantee, you are fully protected by your legal consumer rights. Under UK and EU consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if any product is:
- Faulty or not as described

- Not durable or of satisfactory quality

Buyback & End-of-Life Support
To reduce waste and promote circular fashion, Swingmor offers a Guaranteed Buyback Program - we’ll buy back any garment for 12.5% of the original RRP regardless of condition, helping to extend product life through reuse, repurposing, or recycling.
