And you’ll receive 12.5% of the original retail price, every time.

How It Works

1. Make sure you have a Swingmor account

You’ll need a customer account so we can verify your original purchase.
Create one or log in.

2. Find your order number

You can locate this in your Swingmor account or in your original order confirmation email.
We accept any garment, from any order, regardless of how worn it is.

3. Email our Buyback team

Write to:
buyback@swingmor.co.uk   

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The garment you want to return

  • A quick note confirming you’d like to activate the Buyback Promise

We’ll respond within 2-3 business days with your pre-paid return instructions.

4. Send your garment back

We’ll provide a pre-paid return label.
Just package it up, attach the label, and drop it off at any Royal Mail location.

5. Receive your Buyback credit

Once we receive the garment, we issue 12.5% store credit based on the original retail price — delivered as a digital Swingmor gift card you can use anytime.

There’s no limit.
No expiry.
And no minimum quality required.

What Happens After You Return It

We don’t believe in landfill.
Every returned garment is repurposed with intention:

• Refreshed for pre-loved resale (if lightly worn)

Cleaned, inspected and brought back to life for our second-cycle customers.

• Upcycled into training or recovery pieces

For internal test-wear, prototyping, and material innovation.

• Recrafted into new products

Where possible, fabrics and trims are incorporated into accessories, filler materials, or limited editions.

• Recycled responsibly

When a garment truly reaches the end, fibres are diverted into certified recycling streams — never into waste.

Every return helps reduce environmental impact and keeps the value of the original garment circulating longer.
