We offer two ways to process your return or exchange.

1. Refund to Original Payment
Your item will be refunded once it arrives back with us and passes a quick quality check. After we receive the item funds typically take 5-10 working days to appear in your original payment account.
2. Instant Store Credit (Recommended for Exchanges)
Receive a digital Swingmor gift card immediately when your return is approved — no need to wait for your package to be scanned or delivered.
Perfect if you’re planning to swap sizes or choose something else.

How the Return Works
1. Start Your Return
Visit the returns portal and submit your request indicating monetary refund or instant store credit.
2. We Review & Approve
We’ll check the details and approve your return — usually within 1 working day.
3. Receive Your Pre-Paid Royal Mail Label
Once approved, we email you a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label.
Just print it and attach it securely.
4. Drop Off Anywhere
Take your parcel to any Royal Mail post office or drop-off point.
Please keep your proof of postage until your return is completed.
5. Your Refund or Store Credit

Store credit: issued instantly at the point of approval as a digital gift card

Monetary Refund: processed once your item is received and inspected (5-10 working days)
Our Return Standards
We kindly ask that:

Garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to begin a return.
During this pre-Christmas period, all returns remain free.
Exchanges
Our instant store credit option makes exchanges fast and effortless.
Simply choose “Store Credit”, and you can reorder right away using your digital gift card.
Where to Return
All returns should be sent using the pre-paid Royal Mail label you receive after approval. Please do not send items back without an authorised return label.
